By engaging our services or making any payment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Refunds

All payments made to Hustivio are final and non-refundable.

2. Customized Services

Every project undertaken by Hustivio is specifically designed and developed according to the client’s unique requirements.

Because resources, planning, design, development time, technical expertise, and project allocation begin shortly after project confirmation, refunds cannot be provided once work has commenced.

3. Project Deposits

Any deposit or advance payment made to secure a project schedule is non-refundable.

Project scheduling reserves development resources exclusively for the client.

4. Milestone Payments

Payments made upon completion of project milestones are also non-refundable.

Each milestone represents completed work delivered in accordance with the approved project scope.

5. Client Cancellation

If a client decides to cancel a project after work has begun:

  • No refund will be issued for completed work.
  • All completed milestones remain payable.
  • Any outstanding invoices must be settled before project files are released.
  • Hustivio reserves the right to suspend all work immediately upon cancellation.

6. Change of Mind

Refunds will not be provided due to:

  • Change of business plans

  • Internal management decisions
  • Delayed launch
  • Change of preference
  • Choosing another service provider
  • Lack of project usage

7. Third-Party Costs

Payments made toward third-party services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Web Hosting
  • Cloud Infrastructure
  • Software Licenses
  • Premium APIs
  • Payment Gateway Fees
  • SSL Certificates
  • Third-Party Integrations

These services are governed by their respective providers’ policies.

8. Completed Deliverables

Once any project deliverable has been completed, approved, or delivered, it becomes non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Website Design
  • Software Modules
  • Mobile Applications
  • CRM Features
  • UI/UX Designs
  • Source Code Deliverables
  • Technical Documentation

9. Exceptional Circumstances

If Hustivio determines that a refund is appropriate due to an internal administrative error, any such refund will be made solely at Hustivio’s discretion.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
